Glória LGBT+ Choir will only collect data where lawful and where it is necessary for the legitimate purposes of the choir

Applicants for Membership: to contact you regarding the audition/application process and inform you of our decision on your application.
Friends of the Glória: to administer your membership of the Friends of the Glória Scheme including acknowledging your support on our website/concert programmes or allowing for the ability to contact you regarding future choir events.

If you wish to book us, we will request your name, email and details about the potential booking
The retention periods for personal data
For our patrons who purchase tickets via EventBrite.ie or any other ticket payment platform, their purchase history details will be deleted within 1 month of the date of the ticketed event or as soon as all revenues have been collected from the merchandise site.
For Friends of Glória, their personal details etc will be removed from our Friends database/ public website within one month of cancellation of their annual subscription.
For potential members/auditionees: the details provided as part of
their expression of interest will be deleted within one month of each
audition period (maximum times per year)
